STAWILL Tax Solutions ("STAWILL") is presented here as a product in development. By accessing this site, you acknowledge that the content is provided only to illustrate planned functionality. The current site offers no tax preparation engagement, verified tax calculations, account services, taxpayer document processing, payments, digital signatures, or submission to tax authorities.

No professional-client relationship

Visiting the preview, viewing example content, using the help window, or emailing a general question does not create a tax preparer-client, accountant-client, attorney-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship. No one should rely on this preview for tax, legal or financial decisions.

Permitted use

You may browse and evaluate this publicly accessible demonstration for lawful, personal, informational purposes. Do not submit actual taxpayer, financial, identity, authentication, or confidential business information.

Availability and changes

Features, content, access and this preview may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn without notice. Future paid services will require separate onboarding, terms, privacy notices and consent processes applicable to the product that actually launches.

Ownership

STAWILL branding, page layout and original assets are intended for the product operator's use. Third-party names belong to their respective owners. The legal operating entity, registered address and applicable commercial terms must be verified and disclosed before commercial launch.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this development preview is supplied "as is" and "as available" without a promise of accuracy, continuity, suitability for tax preparation or availability of future features. STAWILL does not accept liability for tax decisions made in reliance on a demonstration that explicitly disclaims tax calculations or filing. Nothing here limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy Notice — Development Preview

What this site does and does not collect

The public preview does not have tax-return entry forms, user accounts, file uploads, payment collection, or a database for taxpayer information. Its help window lets you select predefined questions; the selections and displayed answers are handled locally in your browser and are not sent as chat messages to the STAWILL application. The preview is not intended to collect personally identifiable tax or financial information.

Basic technical information

Like most websites, requests pass through internet and hosting infrastructure. Azure and related infrastructure providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, for routing, reliability, security and operations. The application itself does not set a tracking cookie or load a third-party analytics script in this preview. This notice does not promise that hosting providers maintain no operational records.

When you email us

Choosing an email link opens your own email application; the message is handled by your and our email providers under their applicable practices. A mailbox at support@stawill.com must be configured and monitored to receive messages. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, identity documents, tax returns, passwords or similar information by ordinary email.

Sharing and commercial data uses

There is no live taxpayer return data in this site to sell, share for targeted advertising, or transmit for filing. We do not use the public preview's help choices for marketing profiles. Any future collection or disclosure of taxpayer return information will require a revised privacy notice, appropriate safeguards and legally required consents, including rules applicable to tax return preparers.

Choices and contact

You may stop using the preview at any time. For questions about information sent to us by email, including requests to review or delete it when applicable, contact support@stawill.com. Any rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and verified operating practices. This notice will need revision before any live account, payment, analytics or taxpayer-data features are activated.

Tax, Refund and IRS Disclaimer

STAWILL is not currently authorized to file tax returns through this public preview. Federal or state electronic filing is disabled. The IRS Assurance Testing System (ATS) has not been passed, and no IRS approval of this preview is claimed. STAWILL is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service or any state revenue authority.

This site does not estimate refunds, determine tax liability, interpret your individual circumstances, transmit returns, verify eligibility for credits, or deliver advice from an authorized preparer. Product roadmaps and sample screens must not be treated as tax advice, a refund promise, or a guarantee of regulatory approval. Consult qualified tax professionals and official taxing authorities for actual returns and filing decisions.

Acceptable Use

Visitors must use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse application endpoints, distribute malicious material, scrape or disrupt services, misrepresent your identity, impersonate STAWILL or the IRS, or submit authentic tax data to a demonstration that is not approved to receive it.

The help window is an automated FAQ interface, not live chat, private messaging, emergency assistance or a secure channel for sensitive information. There is no staffed online chat queue.

Security Readiness and Reporting Notice

STAWILL is developing a Written Information Security Plan (WISP) and related safeguards in anticipation of future professional tax operations. Publication of this notice is not proof of compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule, IRS security guidance, state privacy requirements or applicable tax-return confidentiality and consent rules.

Before live data is permitted, the operator must implement and verify appropriate identity and multi-factor authentication, access controls, encryption, organizational data separation, secure data handling and retention, incident response, service-provider oversight, audit logging, monitoring, security testing and applicable regulatory authorizations. Those are launch requirements, not capabilities claimed for this public demo.

If you believe you found a security issue, report it privately to support@stawill.com without sending taxpayer or credential data. Do not conduct destructive testing or publish vulnerability details that expose others to risk.

Pricing, Subscriptions and Refunds

The current preview is free of charge. It does not sell subscriptions, accept payments, collect billing details, or provide paid tax preparation. Accordingly, there are no preview charges to refund.

If commercial products or subscriptions launch in the future, STAWILL must publish accurate prices, renewal and cancellation terms, a clear refund policy, and any legally required consumer notices before accepting payment. Do not assume that these demonstration terms apply to future purchases.

Accessibility Statement

STAWILL aims to create a clear, keyboard-accessible and mobile-friendly product. The preview uses semantic headings, descriptive links, high-contrast content and keyboard-operable help controls. It has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility audit or been certified against a particular WCAG level.
