Scope, pricing and engagement
Website content is marketing information, not an offer to prepare a particular return at a specified price. Fees, professional qualifications, scope of work, refund/cancellation terms, service timing and client responsibilities must be provided and agreed upon in an appropriate engagement process before paid services begin.
Refunds and cancellations
No paid checkout is currently offered by this marketing website. A service-specific cancellation/refund agreement must be supplied before taking payment. Future software subscription/refund terms must be presented separately before commercial launch.
Consent to contact
Sending a general inquiry authorizes a response to that inquiry. It does not constitute blanket consent for SMS marketing, recurring email campaigns, or the disclosure or use of tax return information for other purposes. Any required future marketing or taxpayer-data consents must be separately obtained in legally compliant form.
E-filing and signatures
Any future electronic filing feature is contingent on appropriate IRS authorization, security standards, taxpayer review and signature rules, and approved operational procedures. The software and mobile app are not yet offered for actual tax filing.
